Temperature Testing

Our temperature testing equipment and chambers can thermal-test components and/or assemblies to a range of temperatures to meet your application requirements. We perform both steady-state temperature and cyclical temperature testing.

We offer a range of test chambers to support your temperature testing needs. We use the most efficiently sized chamber based on the size of your product or component and test specification requirement.

DATASYST draws on decades of experience performing environmental temperature testing using environmental test chambers ranging in size and capabilities to develop a test profile that meets the test objectives of your product or component. We test to a range of published industry specifications as well as customer-generated specifications to support your environmental testing needs.

Capabilities & Equipment

We offer environmental test chambers that accommodate small-, medium-, and large-size components. Our environmental testing evaluates how components and or assemblies will withstand high and low temperature environments.

Test chamber sizes from 1.5- to 32-cubic feet to walk-in and drive-in chambers

  • Small oven to 1,000° C
  • Ramp rates up to 8° C per minute
  • Testing temperature ranges from -73 degrees C (-100° F) to 200°C (390°F)

Thermal Bake-out & Decontamination Services

At DATASYST, we don’t just “throw parts in an oven.”  We run end‑to‑end, production‑scale conditioning programs that reset electronics, drive off moisture, and off‑gas harmful chemicals—while keeping every lot traceable and on‑schedule.

  • Turn‑key logistics – From docking‑bay receipt to final outbound freight, we handle every touch‑point: unpacking, fixture loading, thermal cycling, QC inspection, repack, and shipment.
  • Dedicated project management – Every campaign is assigned an experienced Project Manager who builds the timeline, coordinates chamber availability, and provides a single‑point of communication with your planners, buyers, and quality team.
  • Scalable schedules – Whether it’s a 36‑hour PCB moisture bake or a two‑month decontamination cycle, our ovens run 24/7 to help you hit  your dock‑date.

Typical Applications

  • PCB moisture bake & component reset prior to rework or conformal coating
  • VOC reduction (formaldehyde, styrene, acrylics) for consumer‑safety compliance
  • Thermal conditioning / aging of mechanical assemblies to stabilise material properties before field use
