Temperature and humidity can significantly affect the performance, reliability, and lifespan of products. High temperatures may accelerate material degradation and component aging, while low temperatures can cause embrittlement, reduced performance, and mechanical failures. Humidity can promote corrosion, compromise seals, affect electrical performance, and alter material properties. We perform both steady-state and cyclic environmental testing to evaluate how products respond to prolonged exposure and changing environmental conditions. Capabilities & Equipment

We offer environmental test chambers that accommodate small-, medium-, and large-size components. Our testing evaluates how components and or assemblies will withstand high and low temperatures with humidity environments.

  • Test chamber sizes from 1.5- to 32-cubic foot to walk-in and drive-in chambers
  • Temperature cycle rates as fast as 2°C to 8°C per minute
  • Humidity levels: up  to 95%
  • Typical ranges for temperature with humidity testing are (but not limited to) 5°C (40°F) with low humidity to 85°C (185°F) with high humidity
  • Standard Data Acquisition up to 2,000 samples/second.  High-Speed Data Acquisition up to 10,000 samples/second
