    The Quote

    Every project begins with understanding your testing needs. Our quoting process is designed to ensure everyone is aligned before testing begins.

    Submit Your Request

    Every Project begins with a Request for a Quote, though our website or e-mail. You can sent us:

    • Applicable test standards
    • Product weight and size
    • Number of Samples
    • Power requirements
    • Test objectives
    • Unique concerns

    Technical Review

    Once we receive your request, our team will evaluate your testing needs with our testing knowledge and capabilities.  We will analyze any required fixturing, test monitoring and data recording, power requirements, pre- post-test evaluation, equipment and instrumentation requirements, and timelines. We will be in contact with you regarding any questions,  concerns and updates.

    Review Your Quote

    We provide line item pricing from test set-up to reporting.  Review your quote fully and thoroughly.  Any made assumptions or variations will have been communicated to you and also represented within the quote.  Ask any pertinent questions, we can revise the quote until it reflects your testing requirements.
     

    Accepting Your Quote

    When you're satisfied with the proposal, simply issue a Purchase Order and we'll begin planning your project

    Preparing Your Project

    Once your quote is approved, our team begins preparing every aspect of your project—from scheduling and engineering review to receiving your product and configuring the required test equipment.

    Project Coordination

    The team of engineers and project manager will determine:

    • Expert role mapping & onboarding
    • Engineer review of project
    • Schdule laboratory equipment
    • Begin A2LA and ISO 17025 documentation
    • Test schedule confimation

    Product Arrival

    We inspect everything on arrival. If we observe any damage or concerns before testing begins, we will notify you immediately.

    Test Set Up

    Our engineer will set up your test with the required chamber, shaker, equipment, fixturing, programming, data recording, power supply, etc. 
    All test set up is documented and confirmed with you before testing begins.

    PHASE 03

    Report

    Testing Begins

    With the planning complete, testing begins according to the approved test plan. Throughout the project, our engineers carefully monitor progress, verify test conditions, and keep you informed every step of the way.

    Communication

    Our team provides updates throughout your testing project so you always know its status. If questions arise or unexpected observations are made during testing, we'll contact you promptly to discuss the next steps.

    Quality Assurance

    Every test is performed in accordance with documented procedures and monitored by qualified personnel. Before and during testing, we verify that the equipment, instrumentation, and test parameters match the approved test plan.

    Client Witness

    We welcome client walk-throughs of their testing settings, before, during and after testing.
    Many clients prefer a hands on testing method.  This is your product and your test, we are here to help you with your project in any way we can.

    Final Report & Handoff

    Once testing is complete, our engineers compile the test results into a comprehensive report. We provide the documentation you need to understand the results, support your project, and move confidently into the next stage of product development.

    Data Analysis

    Our engineers review the test data collected throughout your project to verify the results and document any observations. Depending on the test, this may include measurements, photographs, charts, or recorded data that support the final report.

    Report Compilation

    We can provide a formal, professional test report detailing the testing in its entirety, including data visuals, applicable specifications, photographs, procedures, and results.
    In lieu of a formal report, we can provide a statement of completion and summary of testing with all raw data collected.

    Final Handoff

    Once testing has been completed, we'll notify you that your project is ready. At project completion we will:

    • Email your final report
    • Arrange return shipment
    • Retain project records in accordance with our quality system
    • Remain available to answer questions about your results
